This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Lock Master India Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 (three) business days from the date of order confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Non-Metro Locations: 5–8 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to logistics delays, weather conditions, or regulatory restrictions.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, shall be displayed at the time of checkout and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
4. Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, customers will receive shipment tracking details via email/SMS. The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners.
5. Risk & Title
Risk of loss and title for products passed to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
6. Incorrect Address
The Company shall not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
7. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.
8. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for delays or failure in delivery due to events beyond our reasonable control.
