Refund & Exchange Policy

This policy is governed in accordance with applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection laws of India.

1. Eligibility for Returns
Products may be returned within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Product is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, invoice, and accessories are intact

  • No physical damage caused by the customer

2. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Installed or used door locks/handles

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation

  • Customized or special-order products

3. Damaged / Defective Products
If a product is received in damaged or defective condition, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic/video evidence.

4. Refund Process
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product:

  • Refunds shall be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged products, subject to verification.

6. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer unless the return is due to:

  • Defective product

  • Incorrect product delivered

7. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation requests shall not be entertained.

8. Limitation of Liability
The Company’s liability shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.
